Drive effective performance management and business partnering the Personal Care ID Commercial Lead and BU GM. Requirements:
Proven experience of driving strategic initiatives as well as performance management roles
BU Finance for a BU, country or a one Unilever unit
Team leadership of multiple direct and indirect reports
Stakeholder management across countries, functions, and global teams
