Job Description

Lead and execute Quality Improvement project by implementing Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS) and other relevant methodology required, to achieve quality assurance and controls in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements. This key quality role ensures systems are in place to drive site quality improvement activities, to ensure product consumer safety & overall quality and address consumer / customer issues. Act as Quality Technical Person In-Charge for PC Site, also must ensure all activities related to QC and QA activities are done and to be complied with the Unilever's Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory guideline for safety and environment requirement.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the execution of quality improvement project for incident prevention, complaint reduction and improve Product Quality Standard
  • Responsible for all Quality Improvement Projects through Capital spend, project expenditure, and cost centre budget control for the Quality Department
  • Responsible for all top Incident and customer/consumer complaints analysis, investigation and resolution through equipment and operation standardization
  • Support operations and engineering by identifying process and quality improvement opportunities within the Supply Chain
  • Provide & verify data collection, analysis and assignment to standard Quality loss trees in support of operational KPIs reporting
  • Verify program for product fill control through monitoring and verifying fill parameters and compliance
  • Lead Quality Pillar activities in TPM factories, Kaizen, WCM, Q UMS and any other program guided by Global Quality Unilever
  • Lead improvement of inbound materials quality by collecting and analysing supplier performance data
  • Apply current tools and practices to support management of quality related projects
  • Supports innovation trials in the site as appropriate for site quality
  • Supports early equipment management in site projects as representative of site quality
  • Supports VIP and or 5S projects as appropriate for site quality
  • Utilizes advanced knowledge of HACCP, hazard controls & pre-requisite programs to support site efforts to mitigate consumer safety risks
  • Verify the application of specific knowledge of factory hygiene and equipment cleaning and disinfection to support site HACCP and prerequisite programs
  • Utilizes advanced statistical knowledge to support process capability studies
  • Utilizes advanced knowledge of category / technology details and requirements to support site innovation / changes

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Manufacturing/Maintenance/Production
  • Preferable have educational background in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Exposed in Packing Technology would be preferable

  • Manage and coordinate all phases of Initial Outfitting and Transition programs from project conception through final occupancy and closeout
  • Support the design, construction, activation, outfitting, transition, occupancy, and disposition of healthcare facilities and associated assets
  • Coordinate activities among BUMED Headquarters, regional commands, facility leadership, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure IO&T activities are integrated with project schedules, construction milestones, operational requirements, and occupancy timelines
  • Lead planning and coordination efforts related to furniture, furnishings, medical equipment, casework, signage, artwork, and low voltage systems
  • Assist Project Delivery Teams (PDTs) in defining FFE-LVS requirements, scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Review project cost estimates and schedules related to FFE-LVS acquisition, installation, and activation activities
