Personal Care Assistant

We’re excited to be recruiting Personal Care Assistants (9.30-2.45) to join our partnered school as we help launch their brand‑new site based in Knowle, and continue to grow and strengthen our provision for pupils with complex needs. Briarwood School is an Ofsted Outstanding specialist provider known for exceptional care, a highly skilled staff team, and a deeply inclusive ethos. With multiple sites across Bristol, we offer a nurturing, creative environment where pupils with profound, severe, and complex needs can thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated, compassionate team supporting children and young people with a wide range of needs, including PMLD, SLD, ASC and complex medical or sensory needs. Your role will be central to supporting pupils’ personal care, wellbeing, comfort, and access to their environment – celebrating every small step along the way.
