Personal Care assistant

To provide personal care and social support for lady with brain injury. I have neurological chronic fatigue and pain, hearing loss and vestibular conditions following a traumatic brain injury which affects me physically and mentally. I can walk a short distance using a stick, or a rollator if outdoors. My P.A. will support me to keep my home safe and tidy, doing some general housekeeping (shopping and cooking), they will help me to keep paperwork organised and may be required to speak on the telephone for me, arranging appointments etc. They will ensure that I have taken medication and may occasionally accompany me to appointments, driving my manual car. My interests are Art, Crochet, Crafts, and Sewing, and I do need motivation for activities. I also enjoy swimming at a local private pool but would require assistance with dressing.
