Job Description

I am looking to employ 2 x FEMALE Self-Employed Personal Assistants /Support workers. Each individual support worker will be working 2 x 5 hour shifts.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out communications on behalf of the employer
  • Assist with a market stall
  • Accompany on dog walks

Requirements

  • Experience in working with people on the Autistic Spectrum
  • Must be a non-smoker and car driver with own car
  • Must live locally in Maidstone area
  • Must be flexible to cover shifts at short notice
  • Must be registered as self-employed with HMRC
  • Must have a current Enhanced DBS Certificate
  • Must have own terms and conditions of service and provide a contract
  • Must provide a professional invoice for services on a two weekly basis
  • Must have own Public Liability Insurance
  • Must be flexible, reliable, on time, honest and trustworthy
  • Must arrange and pay for any necessary training
  • Must liaise with other support worker to arrange cover if unable to work
  • Must wear appropriate clothing and footwear
  • Must provide two references
  • Must be comfortable around dogs
  • Must have proof of ID (passport/driving licence)
