In this role, you aren’t just behind a desk; you are the face of the branch. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate their daily banking needs while looking for ways to add real value to their financial lives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering exceptional, personalized service to every customer who walks through the door
  • Having proactive conversations to understand customer goals and identifying products or services that fit
  • Connecting customers with specialists (like Home Lending experts) to ensure they have the best support
  • Ensuring all transactions and applications meet strict regulatory and internal standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing sales-driven environment (retail, hospitality, or telecommunications)

  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
