Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division.

Job Responsibility:

participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
build customer relationships
provide options for bank products
refer financial needs to other team members
develop understanding of bank products
maintain cash drawer and cash handling
support customers in resolving concerns

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
relevant military experience including working with military protocol
ability to educate and connect customer to technology
ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action
ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members

Nice to have:

experience proactively engaging with customers
experience working with others on a team
experience fostering strong customer relationships
proficient with sourcing and maintaining relationships
