Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network. This position involves customer contact and job duties related to the offering/negotiation of dwelling-secured transactions. Successful candidates must meet SAFE registration and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include providing support across branches, assisting customers with various requests, and ensuring adherence to bank policies.

Job Responsibility:

provide support across a variety of branch locations
adapt to changing priorities
deliver exceptional customer experience
assist customers with basic requests
propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
develop understanding of bank products
build relationships with customers
refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners
ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
ability to educate and connect customer to technology
ability to help customers succeed financially
ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
maintains cash drawer, cash handling and balancing
compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations
successful completion of background investigation requirements
ability to travel 100% of the time within the district
ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
ability to resolve or escalate concerns or complaints
