Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. The role involves building relationships with customers through proactive outreach, assisting with financial solutions, maintaining cash handling, and complying with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
build relationships through proactive outreach
propose appropriate products and services
assist customers with basic banking requests and credit applications
demonstrate care and build customer relationships
refer financial needs to other team members
maintain cash drawer and perform cash handling tasks.

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations
ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
ability to perform cash handling and balancing
ability to proactively engage with customers through phone or email
familiarity with policies, procedures, and regulations
ability to identify and prevent fraud/risky accounts
experience fostering customer relationships
proficiency in sourcing and maintaining customer relationships
ability to interact with professionalism and integrity
meets Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z.
