Job Description:

Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) position in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network, part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, building relationships, proposing financial products and services, assisting with account opening and service requests.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
Build relationships through proactive outreach
Propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
Assist customers with opening new accounts
Complete service requests
Submit credit applications
Demonstrate care and build relationships with customers
Provide appropriate options for bank products and services
Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers
Maintain cash drawer and cash handling
Complete service-related tasks

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
Ability to educate and connect customer to technology
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience including working with military protocol
Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships

Nice to have:

Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions
Experience working with personnel benefits management
Experience processing military personnel orders or transitions
Wartime readiness operations experience
Human resources or military recruiting experience
