Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for the National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. The role involves interacting with customers, delivering exceptional experiences, understanding banking products and regulations, building relationships, and processing service-related tasks.

Job Responsibility:

participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
assist customers with basic requests like opening accounts and submitting credit applications
develop understanding of bank products and services
provide options for bank products and services
refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners
interact with customers to build relationships
maintain cash drawer, cash handling and balancing.

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
ability to educate and connect customer to technology
ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
customer service focus
relevant military experience
this position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment.
