Job Description:

Associate Personal Banker position in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience, building relationships, and helping customers succeed financially through appropriate banking products and services.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
Build relationships through proactive outreach
Propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
Assist customers with opening new accounts
Complete service requests
Submit credit applications
Demonstrate care and build relationships with customers
Provide appropriate options for bank products and services
Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
Ability to educate and connect customer to technology
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
Relevant military experience including working with military protocol
Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships
SAFE registration required

Nice to have:

Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management
Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
