Job Description:

Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for National Branch Network as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, building relationships, proposing appropriate financial products and services, assisting with account opening and service requests, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
Build relationships through proactive outreach
Propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
Assist customers with opening new accounts
Complete service requests
Submit credit applications
Demonstrate care and build relationships with customers
Provide appropriate options for bank products and services
Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers
Offer/negotiate terms for dwelling secured transactions

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
Ability to educate and connect customer to technology
Ability to help customers succeed financially
Experience working with others on a team
Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience including working with military protocol
Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships
Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Maintains cash drawer, cash handling and balancing
SAFE registration at the time of employment
Meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements

Nice to have:
