Job Description:

Associate Personal Banker position in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network, part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, building relationships, proposing financial products and services, and assisting customers with account services and credit applications.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
Build relationships through proactive outreach
Propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
Demonstrate care and build relationships with customers
Provide appropriate options for bank products and services
Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners
Maintain cash drawer and cash handling
Complete service-related tasks

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
Ability to educate and connect customer to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
SAFE registration required
Must meet Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z

Nice to have:

Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions
Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions
Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
