Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, educating customers on bank products and services, meeting compliance requirements, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
build relationships through proactive outreach
propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
assist customers with basic requests related to accounts and services
submit credit applications
develop understanding of bank products and services
refer financial needs to other bankers and partners
comply with S.A.F.E licensing
demonstrate care and professionalism in customer interactions

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations
acceptable background investigation results
meeting Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO)
ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
maintaining cash drawer, handling and balancing cash
completing service-related tasks
ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
ability to educate and connect customers to mobile banking options
ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action
ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
ability to support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints

fostering and developing strong customer relationships
