Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experience, building relationships, and proposing suitable financial solutions.

Job Responsibility:

assist customers with basic requests related to opening accounts and submitting credit applications
develop understanding of bank products and services
demonstrate care and build relationships
refer customers' financial needs to other partners
participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
maintain cash drawer and complete service-related tasks

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
ability to educate and connect customer to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships

Nice to have:

experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
