Job Description:

Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for National Branch Network helping customers succeed financially through relationship building, product recommendations, and exceptional service experience

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
  • Build relationships through proactive outreach
  • Propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
  • Assist customers with opening new accounts
  • Complete service requests
  • Submit credit applications
  • Develop understanding of bank products and services
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care
  • Provide appropriate options for bank products
  • Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
  • Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
  • Ability to educate and connect customer to technology
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially
  • Experience working with others on a team
  • Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
  • Relevant military experience
  • Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships
  • Support customers and employees in resolving concerns
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
  • Must take and pass required language assessment
  • Maintains cash drawer, cash handling and balancing
  • SAFE registration required
