Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Personal Banker (SAFE) to provide exceptional customer service, propose financial products, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, assisting with accounts and loans, and providing product recommendations.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in delivering exceptional customer experience
propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially
assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
develop understanding of bank products and services
interact with customers to demonstrate care
provide appropriate options for bank products and services
refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners
ensure compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
ability to educate and connect customer to technology
ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members
experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action
ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
military experience in personnel benefits management, processing orders, or wartime readiness operations
experience with sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
