Job Description:

Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for National Branch Network as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, building relationships, proposing financial products and services, and assisting customers with account opening and service requests.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
Build relationships through proactive outreach
Propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
Assist customers with opening new accounts
Complete service requests
Submit credit applications
Develop understanding of bank products and services
Interact with customers to demonstrate care
Provide appropriate options for bank products
Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers
Maintain cash drawer and cash handling
Complete service-related tasks

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
Ability to educate and connect customer to technology
Ability to help customers succeed financially
Experience working with others on a team
Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience
Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships
Support customers and employees in resolving concerns

Nice to have:

Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions
Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management
Processing military personnel orders or transitions
Wartime readiness operations
Human resources or military recruiting
