Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting with basic service requests, and promoting appropriate banking solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach
propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially
assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
develop understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs
provide appropriate options for bank products and services to customer
refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations
meeting Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z
adherence to Wells Fargo policies and procedures
ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members

Nice to have:

customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
ability to educate and connect customer to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
relevant military experience
