Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experience, assisting with banking requests, proposing financial products, and complying with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act. The position focuses on proactive customer outreach, relationship building, and handling service-related tasks.

Job Responsibility:

building relationships through proactive outreach
proposing appropriate products and digital solutions
assisting customers with basic requests like opening accounts and submitting credit applications
receiving direction and exercising judgment within defined policies
interacting with customers to demonstrate care
referring customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed
maintaining cash drawer and handling service-related tasks
meeting compliance requirements under the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act
resolving or escalating concerns or complaints.

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008
successful background investigation
availability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
ability to educate and connect customers to technology
proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action
relevant military experience
ability to interact with integrity and professionalism.
