Job Description:

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Leeds, AL. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
  • Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing
  • Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet
  • Positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty
  • Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions
  • Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction
  • Leverages ecosystem partnerships as well as community Centers of Influence
  • Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience
  • Performs lobby engagement activities
  • Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions
  • Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems
  • Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures
  • Participates in branch daily operations

Requirements:

  • Associates or equivalent degree
  • 3+ years experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role

  • Educate potential members on Senior Health Partners, Long term care plan benefits answering questions regarding plan’s features and benefits as well as go through eligibility and requirement for enrollment
