Job Responsibility
Calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination

Requirements
3–5 years’ experience as a PA or administrator
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to learn SharePoint, CRM (HubSpot), internal tools
Confident using AI tools to improve efficiency
Strong organisational and communication skills
