The Personal Assistant will handle a combination of administrative support, scheduling, clerical work, organization projects, and light personal tasks. You must be computer‑savvy, extremely organized, and comfortable working with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams).
Job Responsibility:
Administrative & Clerical Support Create and maintain filing systems and digital file organization
Create new file folders, labels, and maintain physical filing structure
Run system updates and assist with basic computer tasks
Draft documents, edit files, and prepare correspondence
Schedule appointments and manage calendars in Microsoft Teams/Outlook
Handle general clerical duties (scanning, printing, data entry)
Organizational Tasks Organize office spaces, storage areas, and documentation
Maintain supply inventories and restock as needed
Assist with special projects and ongoing administrative improvements
Personal Assistant Duties Pick up lunch or handle light personal errands as needed
Provide day‑to‑day support to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative or personal assistant experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, Teams
Comfortable with technology, troubleshooting simple computer tasks, and running updates
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
