As a PA for the UK Energy & Infrastructure Group you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities. This is a highly visible position requiring discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
Job Responsibility:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Global Head of Infrastructure
Diary & Travel Management: Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and complex travel arrangements
Expense & Approval Oversight: Manage expense reports, invoices, and approval workflows across multiple teams
HR & Team Coordination: Assist with recruitment, appraisals, onboarding, and mentoring of team assistants
Process Improvement: Review and enhance administrative processes to drive efficiency
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external clients
Requirements:
Experience of working in a high-pressured environment
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Experience of working with a broad level of the organisation and liaison with senior management in the organisation
