An international leader in the media and entertainment industry is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to the Chairman. In this high-impact role, you’ll work alongside a small team of experienced Executive Assistants, providing high-level support to a dynamic and fast-paced executive office.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as a trusted partner and gatekeeper to the Chairman, managing complex calendars, travel plans, and high-level correspondence
Organizing and coordinating meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
Conducting research and compiling reports, presentations, and briefings to support strategic decision-making
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assisting in the drafting and preparation of executive-level communications, speeches, and presentations
Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication
Anticipating and proactively managing daily needs and priorities, enabling the Chairman to focus on strategic goals
Supporting cross-functional initiatives and special projects in collaboration with internal teams
Coordinating and managing events on behalf of the Chairman
Organizing detailed travel arrangements and occasionally accompanying the Chairman on business trips
Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar high-level support role

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
University/college degree
Proficiency in office productivity tools and technology, including calendar management and presentation software
