Job Description

As a Personal Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our Leadership Team, ensuring their days run smoothly and efficiently. From managing diaries and emails to orchestrating key events and maintaining essential communications, your role is pivotal in supporting their goals and our company's success.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee incoming emails and manage meeting requests
  • Manage team meeting agendas and take actions
  • Plan and execute team socials and support annual Kick Off weekend
  • Support vendor conferences with travel arrangements and schedules
  • Coordinate strategy offsite days including venue finding and logistics
  • Book travel and accommodation in UK and internationally
  • Design and deliver high-impact presentations
  • Engage with key stakeholders through effective communication
  • Ensure updates are communicated to fellow Sales PAs
  • Submit expenses efficiently and accurately
  • Take calls and messages for PA team and Executives
  • Provide holiday cover for PA team
  • Support and collaborate with PA team on projects and events

Requirements

  • Exceptional administrative skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised, resourceful, and detail oriented
  • Adaptable and empathetic with emotional intelligence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Capable of meeting expectations for fast turn-around times
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Previous PA experience is a must
