Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive diary and inbox management for senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Produce high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Support with project administration and cross-departmental coordination
