Job Responsibility:
Manage complex diaries, appointments, and scheduling to ensure effective use of time
Coordinate communications (emails, calls, enquiries) with internal and external stakeholders
Arrange meetings, travel, venues, equipment, and refreshments
Prepare and organise documentation for meetings, ensuring timely distribution
Take accurate minutes and provide full secretarial support for committees and meetings
Maintain secure, organised electronic and paper filing systems in line with GDPR
Prioritise workload and act on own initiative with discretion and confidentiality
Support governance and corporate meetings with agendas, reports, and follow-ups
Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new starters, GP trainees, and students
Maintain complaints tracker and provide admin support for responses and meetings
Coordinate and manage external room bookings
Support with admin tasks, including post handling, supplies, and purchasing
Assist with policy and procedure reviews to ensure compliance
Provide administrative support to estates (e.g., equipment servicing logs)
Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills
you can manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep everything on track
You have a knack for clear communication, both written and verbal
You have an eye for detail that ensures nothing slips through the cracks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with various office software and tools
