You will be the heartbeat of our Leadership Team, ensuring their days run smoothly and efficiently. From managing diaries and emails to orchestrating key events and maintaining essential communications, your role is pivotal in supporting their goals and our company's success.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee incoming emails and manage meeting requests
Manage team meeting agendas and take actions
Plan and execute team socials and support annual Kick Off weekend
Support vendor conferences with travel arrangements and schedules
Coordinate strategy offsite days including venue finding and logistics
Book travel and accommodation in the UK and internationally
Design and deliver high-impact presentations
Engage with key stakeholders through communication
Submit expenses efficiently and accurately
Take calls and messages
Provide holiday cover for the PA team
Support and collaborate with the PA team on projects
