Personal Assistant (Director Support) - Remote/Hybrid | £14.87 per hour We're recruiting on behalf of a Public Sector organisation for two Personal Assistants to support a director within their department. This is a 6-month temporary role with potential for extension. Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 (37 hours per week) Location: Mainly remote, with occasional travel (travel expenses paid). Pay: £14.87 per hour The Role You'll provide proactive, high-level PA support to a Director, helping manage priorities and ensuring the smooth running of senior leadership activities. You'll also work closely with Executive Assistants and Deputy Directors across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritise email and diary schedules, resolving conflicts where needed Coordinate travel and accommodation Arrange meetings, rooms and conference facilities Attend meetings, take notes and track follow-up actions Provide general administrative support including data entry, calls and filing About You Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated Able to prioritise workload and manage changing deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident working with senior stakeholders Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and awareness of confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint and OneNote Please note: This role requires a DBS check and three years of references.
