Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in NYC! The ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to succeeding in this role. Exceptional communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Job Responsibility
Perform general administrative work, including but not limited to: Coordinate and manage calendar for meetings in various time zones
Complex domestic and international travel coordination
Experience with Concur to manage heavy expense report volume
Assist the CEO with heavy personal support
Interact with vendors, staff and service providers
Ability to interact with the senior management team and their EAs
Assist with other projects and responsibilities at the team’s discretion
Must be available to work after hours, when necessary, which could include nights and/or weekends
Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
College degree required, Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
At least three years in a similar role
Must have high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail
Strong organization skills and typing ability
Ability to exercise independent judgment to stay on course with job duties
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team-player
Ability to set priorities effectively and handle the demands of multiple tasks
Strong work ethic, including ability to 'do what it takes' to get the job done
