Eurovia is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive support to our Managing Director. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role at the heart of our UK operations, requiring outstanding organisation, confidentiality, and the ability to operate confidently at senior leadership and board level. As a trusted PA, you will play a central role in enabling the Managing Director to focus on strategic priorities by expertly managing communications, diaries, travel, senior meetings, and key internal and external relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Managing and prioritising the Managing Director’s inbox, ensuring communications are handled promptly, accurately and with sound judgement
Coordinating a complex, fast-moving diary — anticipating changes and ensuring seamless organisation of meetings and logistics
Organising national and international travel and ensuring all arrangements are clearly structured in advance
Preparing and submitting monthly expenses
Leading the coordination of Eurovia Senior Management meetings, including agendas, board packs and distribution of documentation
Acting as a key liaison for senior leaders, partners and suppliers, ensuring communication flows clearly across the organisation
Supporting the delivery of the Monthly Activity Report for the UK Division
Drafting announcements, preparing presentations and supporting internal/external meeting preparations
Organising corporate events, roadshows and senior-level meetings
Managing meeting room bookings and supporting day-to-day operational administration
Requirements:
Experience supporting at senior executive or board level in a demanding environment
Advanced proficiency across Microsoft 365 — Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive and more
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and tight deadlines
A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently
High-level communication skills and a polished, confident manner when dealing with stakeholders
Absolute discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Strong problem-solving ability and the confidence to make informed decisions on the MD’s behalf
Nice to have:
Experience working with international stakeholders or in a multilingual environment
Professional PA/EA qualifications
