Personal Assistant to support one of their Founders, playing a pivotal role in their dynamic team. Providing high level of administrative support to the Founder/Director to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Email management including listening to Dictaphone recordings and typing emails
Monitor and manage email inbox
Diary management including coordinating meetings and sending diary invites
Prepare board packs and circulate ahead of meetings
Plan travel arrangements and process expenses
Greet and welcome visitors
Handle day-to-day office tasks
Maintain well-organised environment
Requirements:
Graduate or educated to graduate level
Experience working within luxury hospitality, HNWI
Exceptionally well-presented and articulate
Highly organized with natural ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated and flexible with knack for anticipating needs
Strong attention to detail with proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable thriving in high-expectation environment
Upholding discretion and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communicator
