This role offers flexible working hours, with core hours between 10:00am and 3:00pm, and example patterns from 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, or 10:00am-6:00pm. What you'll be doing: * Delivering high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting organisation * Managing and prioritising requests for information, tracking actions, and preparing documentation for meetings * Facilitating internal and external meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up actions * Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally * Supporting the wider team and providing cover for other directors as needed * Assisting with expenses and financial reconciliation What you'll bring: * Proven experience in a senior secretarial or PA role, handling sensitive issues with diplomacy and confidentiality * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines * Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office * Attention to detail and effective time management * Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to high-quality customer service * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Desirable: * Experience working with a leadership team or board * Ability to take concise, meaningful minutes This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic team and contribute to important projects.
