Job Description

To assist with a variety of tasks which will assist the employer who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests. You may sometimes be asked to accompany my client on outings/overnight stays. About the employer: My client is outgoing disabled, independent 30-something, living in the Rubery area. I live in a two-bedroom bungalow & have an assistance dog. Our client am looking for personal care assistants to join her small team to support her in remaining living independently.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with a variety of tasks which will assist the employer who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests
  • You may sometimes be asked to accompany my client on outings/overnight stays
  • Social duties: Keep in touch and socialise with family and friends
  • Attend medical appointments if required
  • Attend social events & accessing the community

Requirements

  • Driving licence - Able to drive a Manual Vehicle
  • Car and appropriate insurance

  • Flexible and Reliable
  • Own transport essential
  • MUST be able to drive a manual vehicle
  • Previous care experience would be an advantage, but not essential
  • personality and a willingness to learn is key

  • You must always respect my privacy and confidentiality
  • Able to always promote my independence
