Job Responsibility:
Proactive diary and inbox management, ensuring priorities are handled efficiently
Organising and supporting meetings, including agendas, note-taking and action follow-up
Acting as a professional and approachable first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Preparing notes, briefings and supporting documentation
Managing multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence and discretion
Requirements:
Experienced Personal Assistant
Confident working at senior level
Able to step into the role with minimal supervision
Fully IT-competent
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and core Microsoft Office applications
