We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the board of an industry leading company based in Chatham. Our client is looking for a professional candidate, who can handle matters with confidentiality, is approachable, flexible, and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Organising both internal and external meetings
Managing the diary
Handling correspondence, including emails, minutes, and letters
Managing the inbox and actioning urgent items
Organising and booking travel and accommodation arrangements
Preparing board meeting packs and taking accurate minutes and recording actions
Organising events and conferences
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PA
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience using Trello would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
