As SHIELD’s Personal Assistant, you will be a supportive force to ensure that priorities are met and organizational goals are achieved. Given the dynamic nature, we are looking for a Personal Assistant who is flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of systems and operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO across time zones, including agendas, and other necessary preparations
Arrange and manage travel logistics and activities, including urgent requirements and contingency planning
Manage emails, messages and correspondence, prioritize requests, draft responses and ensure timely follow-ups
Handle expenses, documentations, reminders, and personal logistics to support the CEO’s professional and day-to-day needs
Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders and others to ensure smooth execution of schedules and commitments
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in an administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects and issues effectively
Strong work ethics
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
