Our client, a fast-expanding organisation, is on the lookout for someone like you to support their Directors and occasionally Senior Leadership Team members with a range of administrative and organisational tasks. Job Responsibility:
Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the busy schedules of up to 4 Directors
Email Oversight: Review, categorise, and prioritise all email correspondence, filing documents appropriately to maintain order
Meeting Preparation: Collaborate with the Business Support team to ensure Directors and SLT members attend necessary meetings, fully prepared with all relevant information
Expense Tracking: Complete and track monthly expenses with attention to detail
General Administrative Support: Prepare letters, format documents, manage filing systems, and act as a reliable conduit for communication with Directors and SLT members
Guest Relations: Meet and greet guests, ensuring they are directed to the correct meeting room and kept informed of schedules
Flexibility: Be agile and adapt to ad hoc tasks throughout the week, showcasing your ability to manage a dynamic workload effectively
Requirements:
Proven PA experience in a similar role, especially within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with a property business is desirable
A-level or equivalent required
a degree is a plus
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and spelling
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure
