We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Assistant to join the Performance, Safety and Service Improvement Directorate and support senior leadership in delivering key priorities. As a Personal Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Directorate's business support function, providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Director and senior management team, as well as programme teams. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior managers and programme teams - Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and prepare associated documentation - Organise and service meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking - Prepare high-quality reports, correspondence, and presentations, including PowerPoint briefings for senior-level performance meetings - Maintain effective filing systems and ensure accurate data input across Directorate databases - Coordinate conferences, workshops, and stakeholder events - Arrange travel and accommodation for senior staff and prepare detailed itineraries - Monitor and maintain records including staff appraisals, expenditure, and training compliance - Ensure adherence to information governance policies and records management standards - Provide PA cover to the Director as required
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience providing PA or senior administrative support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
