Personal Assistant role supporting the CEO and their high-performing team at a leading Insurance company. This is a 12-month fixed term contract offering hybrid working arrangements.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level administrative PA support to the CEO
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assist in project management and track deadlines to keep our team on track
Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships
Take minutes in meetings
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
A team player, with a flexible and proactive approach
A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
