Part-time Personal Assistant role supporting a busy owner in the facilities management industry. The position involves organisational, administrative, and project support with a diverse workload. The role is fully remote with flexible hours (2-3 days per week).
Job Responsibility:
Diary & Email Management: organise appointments, prioritise tasks, and streamline communication
Administrative Support: Handle document management, online filing, and general organisation
