Job Responsibility:
Providing comprehensive PA support
Managing complex diaries, meetings, and schedules
Preparing, formatting, and coordinating formal documentation and correspondence
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and recording actions
Inbox management, prioritisation, and follow‑up
Ad‑hoc administrative support across the wider professional services function
Requirements:
Proven experience in a PA / EA role
Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and managing confidentiality
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Confident managing multiple priorities in a professional services setting
Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and discreet
