Job Description

A varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person for diary management, meeting prep, and keeping everything on track, all while being a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Working closely with a dynamic MD to help drive the mission forward and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Job Responsibility

  • Keeping the MD's diary organised and meetings running like a dream
  • Booking travel, conferences, and making sure the MD is prepped and ready
  • Acting as a friendly and professional first point of contact
  • Drafting emails, letters, and presentations that hit the mark
  • Supporting with board reports, staff briefings, and internal events
  • Taking minutes and producing polished documents
  • Helping manage budgets and keeping an eye on spend
  • Handling complaints and enquiries with tact and care
  • Organising key meetings and making sure agendas and follow-ups are sorted

Requirements

  • Solid PA experience ideally in a corporate setting
  • Top-notch communication skills and a knack for writing clearly
  • Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • A calm, flexible approach when things get busy
  • Discretion and professionalism as you'll be trusted with sensitive info
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed
