Personal Assistant position at Delta Hotels City Center Doha providing administrative support to the General Manager, handling office operations, guest communications, and maintaining filing systems in a hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to General Manager
  • Handle office communications and correspondence
  • Maintain filing and organization systems
  • Assist with guest service needs
  • Support team coordination and meeting preparation

  • Open, read, and prepare answers to routine letters
  • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing systems
  • Transmit information using computer, mail, or facsimile
  • Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases
