Personal Assistant to support our Executive Team during a 12-month maternity leave cover. This high-profile role offers remote working, with occasional travel to clinics or corporate sites as required.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support
Manage complex diaries, high-profile meetings and executive communications
Coordinate business travel and logistics
Support Executive-led projects and initiatives
Build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Requirements:
Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Level 3-4 qualification in Business Admin/PA/Office Management (essential)
Experience supporting senior leaders (desirable)
Discreet, reliable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
