Job Description:

Personal Assistant to support our Executive Team during a 12-month maternity leave cover. This high-profile role offers remote working, with occasional travel to clinics or corporate sites as required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support
  • Manage complex diaries, high-profile meetings and executive communications
  • Coordinate business travel and logistics
  • Support Executive-led projects and initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

Requirements:

  • Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
