A fast-growing health-tech company is seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support its CEO. This role sits at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced environment and requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
Job Responsibility
Manage the CEO's inbox and calls
Handle bookkeeping tasks using Xero
Process expenses and manage invoicing and payment chasing
Oversee a busy and frequently changing schedule
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Prepare agendas and documents
Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO's time
Arrange domestic and international travel, including transport, accommodation, and itineraries
Ensure all documentation is in order
Requirements
Strong IT capability and ability to learn new systems quickly
High proficiency with Google Workspace (or advanced Microsoft Office skills)
Proven experience as a PA, EA, or similar senior administrative role
Experience in financial administration, including bookkeeping and expenses
Outstanding organisation, communication, and time-management skills
Discretion, professionalism, and impeccable attention to detail
