Job Description:

This role sits within the team responsible for overseeing the organisation’s apprenticeship provision and employer training activity, helping to ensure the smooth running of leadership operations that support apprentices, employers and skills development across the region. You will provide a professional, efficient and confidential administrative service to the Senior Leadership lead, playing a key role in keeping priorities on track and ensuring leadership activity runs smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership lead
  • Manage busy diaries, meetings and schedules
  • Prepare agendas, reports and presentations for leadership meetings
  • Take minutes and track actions to ensure progress on key priorities
  • Act as a professional point of contact for colleagues and external partners
  • Support the coordination of apprenticeship and training activity across the team
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation
