Our client, a well-established construction company based in Brentwood, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in a varied and fast-paced role.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the Managing Director's diary and booking travel including flights and accommodation
Creating and formatting spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations
Printing, binding, and filing both project and personal documents
Answering phones occasionally and handling general communications
Organising meetings and social events, sending invites, and confirming attendance
Preparing meeting rooms and connecting AV equipment for client presentations
Occasional travel to site (expenses paid)
Requirements:
Previous experience as a PA
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Professional, discreet, and proactive
Comfortable working in a busy, fully office-based environment
