Job Description

Our client, a well-established construction company based in Brentwood, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in a varied and fast-paced role.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing the Managing Director's diary and booking travel including flights and accommodation
  • Creating and formatting spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Printing, binding, and filing both project and personal documents
  • Answering phones occasionally and handling general communications
  • Organising meetings and social events, sending invites, and confirming attendance
  • Preparing meeting rooms and connecting AV equipment for client presentations
  • Occasional travel to site (expenses paid)

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a PA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Professional, discreet, and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fully office-based environment
  • Must be a car driver and have access to a vehicle
